SARASOTA, Fla. (April 4, 2023) – For more than 40 years, the Suncoast Boat Show, Presented by Boat Owners Warehouse has taken place at Marina Jack along 65,000 square feet of dock space. The boat show returns to the luxurious waterfront April 21-23, 2023, presenting an extraordinary selection of sportfishing, power boats and motor yachts and an opportunity to put leading-edge ocean conservation science into action today.
Donations to Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium can be made with ticket purchases for the Suncoast Boat Show Presented by Boat Owners Warehouse. Established in 1955 by Dr. Eugenie Clark, Mote Marine Laboratory is a nonprofit organization working to protect and conserve marine resources. With over 40 PhD scientists and 27 diverse research programs, Mote is conducting bold research in oceans surrounding six of the world’s continents. Funds raised help Mote rehabilitate sick marine animals, answer questions about the health of our marine environment and teach the public more about our oceans.
The Suncoast Boat Show Presented by Boat Owners Warehouse is hosted by the U.S. Boat Show division of Informa Markets, the leading exhibitions organizer that owns and operates the world’s leading international boat and yacht events. The show will feature nearly 300 exhibits and fun activities for children, too.
On Saturday and Sunday, local television host Captain Don Dingman presents a youth fishing clinic entitled Hook the Future and gives each participant a free rod and reel. The program not only teaches kids how to fish, but parents also learn how important it is to spend quality time with their children.
Tickets for this year’s Suncoast Boat Show Presented by Boat Owners Warehouse must be purchased in advance via the website https://www.suncoastboatshow.com/en/home.html Tickets are $18 and children ages 15 and under are free. Veterans and active-duty military show proof of military service for a free ticket. The show runs Friday, April 21 through Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Marina Jack, #2 Marina Plaza, Sarasota, Florida. Boat show hours are Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
